Official National Weather Service forecasts for Dallas on September 19 project a sunny, hot day with a high near 99–100°F driven by southerly flow and minimal cloud cover, consistent with the ongoing late-summer heat wave that has produced multiple 100°F+ readings earlier in the month. These conditions support market-implied probabilities clustering on 96–99°F bins, though slight downward weighting on the highest outcomes reflects typical model spread in afternoon peak timing and localized urban heat effects versus airport observations. Historical September 19 averages near 89°F underscore the anomalous warmth, while upcoming NWS model runs and afternoon observations will determine the precise maximum before market resolution.
