Recent National Weather Service and private model guidance for Denver on September 13 points to mostly sunny skies with light southeasterly flow and minimal cloud cover, supporting efficient daytime heating from an already warm air mass. Ensemble forecasts cluster afternoon highs in the 91–93°F range, consistent with recent observed maxima near 89–94°F and well above the 80°F climatological average. Low humidity and light winds reduce mixing, while the 20% thunderstorm chance remains too isolated to substantially cap temperatures. Trader emphasis on the 94–95°F bin reflects model spread allowing modest upside if insolation exceeds expectations or steering patterns delay any cooling, with the narrower 92–93°F interval capturing the core consensus. Resolution hinges on official Denver observations at the end of the calendar day.
