**Forecast models and official guidance from the National Weather Service indicate a typical late-summer pattern for Los Angeles on September 4, with morning marine layer and low clouds giving way to afternoon sunshine and highs centered near the 76–79°F seasonal average.** Southwest winds of 10–15 mph and dew points in the upper 50s to low 60s should limit extreme heating, consistent with recent observations at LAX (76°F max on Sept 1) and climatological norms around 76.7°F. Trader consensus heavily favors the 76–77°F bin, reflecting limited deviation expected from the stable onshore flow and absence of heat-wave signals in current guidance. Minor upward revisions remain possible if clearing occurs earlier than modeled.
