Official measurements from Miami-area stations, including Miami International Airport, recorded a minimum temperature of 80°F on September 12, 2026, with overnight lows holding near that threshold amid typical late-summer humidity and light winds. This aligns with climatological norms for early September, where average lows hover around 77°F but recent patterns and the absence of strong cold fronts or excessive rainfall kept readings elevated. National Weather Service data and model verification confirm no dips into the upper 70s, underpinning the market's near-certain consensus on the 80-81°F bin. Revisions to preliminary observations or use of alternate microclimate stations could theoretically shift the exact value, though such changes remain improbable given consistent multi-station agreement.
