Trader consensus on Polymarket prices U.S. median home value in a narrow 429k-437k band by April 30, with 433-435k (20%) edging 431-433k (17.5%) and 435-437k (15%), driven by March releases showing modest appreciation amid softening dynamics. Redfin reported median sale prices at $436,705 (+1.2% YoY), NAR existing-home median at $408,800 (+1.4% YoY, record for March), and Zillow ZHVI at $365,545 (+0.6% MoM, +0.8% YoY), but rising inventory—NAR 4.1 months, Redfin 3 months—longer days on market (55), and 18% price drops signal potential stabilization. Competitive tension hinges on spring demand versus 6.2% mortgage rates and economic softening; late-April listings or sales could swing outcomes.
