Trader consensus on Polymarket implies a median U.S. home value of roughly $435,000 via the Parcl Labs Sales Price Index by April 30, with the 435–437k bin leading at 31% and 433–435k close behind at 22.5%, highlighting tight competition amid subdued spring momentum. March data from Redfin showed median sales prices at $436,700, up 1.2% year-over-year, while Zillow's Home Value Index rose 0.6% month-over-month to $365,500—all reflecting modest gains checked by rising inventory (up notably per recent reports) and sticky mortgage rates above 7%. Key swing factors include April transaction volume, regional price softening in overbuilt Sun Belt markets, and any Federal Reserve signals on rates; resolution hinges on end-month index stability versus potential buyer hesitation.
