Current numerical weather models from agencies and forecasters indicate a high near 29°C in Shanghai on September 21 under partly cloudy skies with northerly winds and low precipitation chances, driving the market-implied 50% odds on that outcome. Stable high-pressure patterns and typical late-September climatology support this range, with recent runs showing minimal day-to-day shifts and temperatures clustering between 28–30°C. Ensemble spreads reflect modest uncertainty from cloud cover or wind variations that could nudge readings slightly lower or higher, while historical September averages near 28–29°C provide context. Updated model guidance expected in the next 24–48 hours could refine probabilities ahead of market resolution.
