Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.Recent Japan Meteorological Agency forecasts for Tokyo indicate mostly cloudy conditions with scattered showers possible on July 3, supporting overnight lows near the seasonal normal of 21–23°C at observation sites like Haneda. These patterns arise from typical early-July atmospheric stability, elevated humidity, and limited clear-sky radiative cooling, which constrain minimum temperatures more than daytime highs. Ensemble models show modest spread around these values, with slight variations in cloud cover or shower timing capable of shifting the recorded low by 1–2°C. Trader consensus clustering around 20–22°C reflects this uncertainty in short-range guidance, consistent with historical July minima averaging near 22°C. Updated model runs and official briefings ahead of the date will refine probabilities.
