Trader consensus heavily favors No at 93.5% implied probability for a 2026 MLB Scorigami—a unique final score never seen in regular season history—due to the league's exhaustive database of over 235,000 games yielding just 358 distinct scorelines since 1871. The last occurred on September 9, 2020, when the Marlins beat the Braves 29-9, with none in the full 2025 season or the first two weeks of 2026 despite typical early variance in pitching rotations and lineups. Modern MLB's deeper bullpens, analytics-driven defenses, and fewer extreme blowouts (25+ runs required for remaining virgin combos) solidify this positioning, though a fluke high-total outlier remains the slim path to Yes.
