This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed team is relegated from Uruguayan Primera División at the conclusion of the 2026 Uruguayan Primera División season. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Official relegation is defined as a team losing its place in Uruguayan Primera División for the following season through their final standing in the 2026 Uruguayan Primera División, via relegation playoff defeat, or by any other official league decision recognized by Uruguayan Primera División. If the 2026 Uruguayan Primera División season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there are no teams confirmed for relegation within that timeframe, the corresponding market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source will be official announcements from Uruguayan Primera División. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.**Relegation in the 2026 Liga AUF Uruguaya is decided by the lowest average points per game across the combined 2025 and 2026 seasons, with the bottom three teams dropping to Segunda División.** Progreso (0.953) and Danubio (1.047) occupy the clearest relegation spots after weak Clausura campaigns, having earned just 22 and 24 points respectively in 27 matches played through early September. Cerro (1.156) and Montevideo Wanderers (1.141) sit immediately above them and remain under pressure, while mid-table sides such as Cerro Largo and Boston River hold more breathing room. Recent form in the Clausura has done little to shift the hierarchy, as the bottom clubs continue to collect limited points against stronger opponents. With roughly two months of fixtures remaining, any sustained improvement in results or late surges by the promoted sides (Albion, Central Español) could influence the final three spots, though the current averages heavily favor Progreso and Danubio for direct relegation.
