In the ATP Challenger Naples clay-court final, top seed Daniel Altmaier (world No. 55) faces fifth seed Hamad Medjedovic (No. 115), with Altmaier leading their head-to-head 2-1, including a grueling five-set US Open win last year. Altmaier has surged through the draw, dropping sets only in the round of 16 to Guerrieri and semifinals against Bondioli (6-2, 2-6, 6-1), building on his 4-2 clay record this season. Medjedovic impressed by upsetting No. 3 seed Muller 6-2, 6-2 in quarters and downing Sachko 7-5, 6-1 in semis after a three-set R32 escape. No injuries reported; expect a baseline battle on red clay favoring Altmaier's experience amid both players' strong weekly momentum.
