Benjamin Bonzi enters as the clear trader favorite against lower-ranked Luis Guto Miguel in the Miami Open qualifiers, driven by his top-60 ATP standing and stronger hard-court experience compared to Guto's challenger-level form outside the top 500. Bonzi recently pushed Daniil Medvedev in Indian Wells before a straight-sets exit, showing competitive edge, while Guto advanced via a three-set qualifier win over a lower seed but lacks Bonzi's power baseline game suited to Miami's conditions. No injuries reported for either; the best-of-three matchup favors Bonzi's 70%+ win rate on hard courts this year, though Guto's underdog resilience could spark an upset if Bonzi starts slow post-rest.
