Anastasia Sysoeva and Karla Bartel meet in the first round of the ITF W15 Monastir on outdoor hard courts. Both players bring recent college experience—Sysoeva from Syracuse and Bartel from Alabama—along with limited professional results at this level. Bartel enters with stronger recent form on the Monastir hard-court swing, including straight-sets wins in prior W15 events. Sysoeva has fewer matches played in 2026 and mixed results on the surface.
