This market will resolve according to the bank that serves as the lead underwriter in the initial public offering of Anthropic. If no IPO occurs by December 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or Anthropic completes an initial public offering without a designated lead underwriter, this market will resolve to “Other.” If multiple banks are identified as lead underwriters, this market will resolve according to the primary lead underwriter. If the hierarchy between them is unclear, this market will resolve once it is conclusively evident which bank is the primary lead underwriter, for example, through the order in which the banks are listed in the underwriting section of Anthropic’s final initial public offering prospectus, once released. The primary resolution source for this market will be official disclosures from Anthropic. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Morgan Stanley holds a 50% implied probability as lead bank in Anthropic’s IPO after a June 3 Bloomberg report disclosed the company’s selection of Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs as joint leads, with JPMorgan also participating, ahead of a potential October listing following confidential SEC filing. Trader positioning reflects Morgan Stanley’s historical dominance in large tech offerings and its edge in securing the “lead left” role amid competition with Goldman Sachs, whose 15.5% odds trail despite comparable mandates. Wells Fargo’s 21.9% share and smaller banks’ single-digit probabilities align with limited reported involvement and the concentration of elite mandates among bulge-bracket firms with strong AI-sector relationships. Upcoming milestones, including final bookrunner rankings and S-1 details, remain key variables priced into current sentiment.
