Morgan Stanley’s 72.5% implied probability reflects recent reporting positioning the firm for the lead-left role on Anthropic’s planned Nasdaq IPO, the highest-visibility and highest-fee position in the syndicate. June 2026 Bloomberg disclosures established Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs as top bookrunners alongside JPMorgan, while September updates from the Financial Times and other sources confirm Morgan Stanley’s edge for lead-left and Goldman’s expected stabilization-agent duties. A $15 billion credit facility led by Morgan Stanley, with Goldman, JPMorgan, and Citigroup committing over $1 billion each, has further aligned lending and equity mandates. Traders are pricing in an October roadshow following an imminent S-1 filing, with the remaining banks holding sub-1% odds consistent with supporting roles.

If no IPO occurs by December 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or Anthropic completes an initial public offering without a designated lead underwriter, this market will resolve to “Other.”
If multiple banks are identified as lead underwriters, this market will resolve according to the primary lead underwriter. If the hierarchy between them is unclear, this market will resolve once it is conclusively evident which bank is the primary lead underwriter, for example, through the order in which the banks are listed in the underwriting section of Anthropic’s final initial public offering prospectus, once released.
The primary resolution source for this market will be official disclosures from Anthropic. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
