South Korean veteran Soon-Woo Kwon, ranked No. 335, enters the Busan Challenger first round with strong momentum from an 11-2 record in 2026, including a 9-2 mark on hard courts and a recent title at the Phan Thiet Challenger, though he retired injured in Yokkaichi's quarterfinals last week. Challenger specialist Leandro Riedi, No. 169, carries a weaker 6-8 overall and 2-5 on hard this year amid a history of knee and groin surgeries, marking their first head-to-head on a surface favoring Kwon's career 225-127 edge. Home-crowd support and recent form drive trader consensus toward Kwon in this closely priced matchup, with no reported injuries altering lineups.
