Hoyoung Roh holds a clear edge in this ITF M15 Wuning hard-court matchup due to his superior ATP ranking near 741 and stronger recent form compared with Weiwen Pan’s position around 1406. The 20-year-old South Korean, a Vanderbilt collegiate standout with junior titles and an M25 singles crown, has posted straight-set victories in earlier rounds of the event. Pan, a Chinese player, has shown inconsistency, including recent losses in qualifying and main-draw matches at the same venue. Surface familiarity, age, and professional experience favor Roh, though ITF outcomes remain variable given limited head-to-head data and the physical demands of consecutive matches.
