Recent National Weather Service and model guidance indicate mostly sunny conditions and highs near 90–93 °F for Denver on September 4, driven by persistent high pressure, southeast flow, and downslope warming that has kept overnight lows in the low-to-mid 60s. This setup follows above-average readings of 86–92 °F on September 2–3 and aligns with the market’s heaviest trading on the 92–93 °F bin. The climatological normal high is 83.6 °F, so current guidance represents a 6–9 °F positive anomaly with minimal precipitation risk through the period. Updated model runs and any late-day convective development remain the key variables that could nudge the official high into the 94–95 °F range or hold it near 90 °F.
