In the Tallahassee Challenger's round of 16 on clay courts, No. 177 Daniil Glinka meets No. 246 Darwin Blanch in a quick rematch after Blanch's 6-4, 7-6(2) semifinal upset of Glinka in the November 2025 Knoxville Challenger on indoor hard. Glinka advanced with a straight-sets 6-2, 7-6(3) first-round win, preserving energy, while Blanch grinded out a three-set 3-6, 6-1, 6-4 victory, demonstrating resilience. The 25-year-old Estonian lefty's one-handed backhand and higher ranking provide edges in baseline rallies, but 18-year-old American Blanch's powerful two-handed game, recent momentum, and home-crowd support in Florida could fuel an upset. No injuries reported; mild spring weather favors extended points.
