Gerwyn Price holds a narrow 50.5% implied probability edge over Damon Heta in this New Zealand Darts Masters quarter-final due to his superior ranking, prior event success in 2022, and recent 6-1 opening win with a 95 average. Competitive balance stems from Heta's resilient comeback victory against Ben Robb, strong historical scoring bursts exceeding 109 averages in prior clashes, and Price's mixed recent Pro Tour results. Head-to-head favors Price overall, including a March semi-final win, yet the Australian's ranking-title momentum and travel-adjusted form keep the contest tight. A Price checkout surge or Heta maintaining sub-90 opponent averages could shift trader consensus quickly.
