BTS’s “Swim” leads the 2026 VMA Best K-Pop market at 74.5% implied probability, driven by the track’s strong global chart trajectory from the Arirang album, its dual nomination for Song of the Year, and BTS’s unmatched fan-voting power in MTV’s fan-determined categories. The group’s prior VMA dominance, including multiple Best Group wins and a recent VMAJ group video victory for the song, reinforces trader consensus around its frontrunner status ahead of the September 27 ceremony. Newer or solo-leaning entries such as Katseye’s “Pinky Up,” Lisa’s “Dream,” Blackpink’s “Jump,” Cortis’s “RedRed,” and Le Sserafim’s “Spaghetti” sit at lower odds, reflecting comparatively limited momentum and smaller organized fan blocs in this specific fan-voted race. Upcoming social-category voting rounds and final fan tallies remain the key swing factors.
