Pyon bolstered her team's clean sweeps in early group ties, including recent outings versus Natalia Bajor and Maria Xiao, building momentum after a 0-4 defeat to Sun Yingsha at Doha Worlds. Mischek enters with qualifier victories over Ainhoa Cristobal and Silvia Coll in April. Shifts could arise from live group form, fatigue from team duties, or tactical edges in spin-heavy rallies.
