Filippo Romano's dominant recent form on hard courts anchors his 78% implied probability against Adrian Oetzbach in the Premier Padel Split quarterfinals, where traders price him as a clear favorite based on head-to-head edges and momentum. Romano, ranked higher at No. 45 globally, has won four of his last five matches, including straight-set upsets over seeded foes, showcasing aggressive net play and unforced error discipline that exploits Oetzbach's backhand vulnerabilities. Oetzbach, at No. 112, enters off a grueling three-setter with visible fatigue signals but no reported injuries; his 2-3 record in similar matchups underscores defensive lapses under pressure. No suspensions or weather delays alter the consensus, though Oetzbach's home-crowd boost in Split adds slight upset intrigue.
