Alejandro Tabilo's higher ranking (No. 32) and consistent hard-court form drive his 64.5% implied probability against qualifier Francisco Comesana (No. 142) in the Miami Open first round. The Chilean advanced with a straight-sets win over a seeded opponent in qualifying play-in, showcasing powerful lefty groundstrokes suited to the fast Miami courts, while Comesana endured three grueling qualifier matches, risking fatigue without notable upsets. No injuries reported for either per official ATP updates; their unplayed head-to-head favors Tabilo's experience in Masters 1000 events, though Comesana's clay-heavy background could test baseline rallies. Traders price in the ranking gap and rest edge amid unpredictable early-round volatility.
