Jannik Sinner enters as heavy trader favorite against Alexander Zverev in the Rolex Monte Carlo Masters semifinals, reflecting his 8-4 head-to-head edge—including seven straight wins—and flawless recent form on clay, highlighted by yesterday's straight-sets quarterfinal victory over Felix Auger-Aliassime to extend a 20-match ATP Masters 1000 streak. Zverev advanced past rising Brazilian Joao Fonseca but carries the burden of recent H2H losses, including straight sets to Sinner at Indian Wells and Miami earlier this year, despite strong clay pedigree with a Rome title. Minor hip concerns for Sinner and a brushed-off injury scare for Zverev appear resolved per official updates, with slower Monte Carlo conditions favoring extended rallies where Sinner's baseline grinding excels; match set for midday CEST on Court Rainier III.
