**Recent reports indicate Clavicular (Braden Peters), the “looksmaxxing” Kick streamer and influencer, faces new felony charges in Massachusetts involving rape, drugging someone for sex, and furnishing alcohol to a minor.** These surfaced around September 21–22, 2026, shortly after earlier misdemeanor cases tied to a Florida Airbnb fight and other incidents were dismissed due to insufficient evidence for conviction. Trader sentiment heavily favors “No” (73% implied probability) because the allegations are far more serious than prior dropped cases, which involved conspiracy to commit battery or minor drug/ID issues resolved quickly on prosecutorial review. Felony sexual assault cases typically require extensive investigation, victim statements, evidence review, and court proceedings that rarely conclude in dismissal within five to six weeks. No verified updates suggest imminent dismissal or plea resolution by the October 31 deadline. Key catalysts include any early court filings or statements from Massachusetts authorities in the coming weeks, though historical patterns for similar charges point to drawn-out processes rather than rapid drops. The market reflects traders’ assessment that the timeline and severity make quick resolution improbable.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if all charges against Braden Eric Peters (known as Clavicular) stemming from this case are officially dropped, dismissed, withdrawn, or reduced to a non-felony charge by October 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
Charges arising from any other case, including the March 26 battery charge in Florida, do not affect the resolution of this market.
The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the relevant courts or prosecuting authorities; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
