**Clavicular (Braden Peters), the prominent “looksmaxxing” influencer and streamer, faces felony rape, drugging-for-sex, and procuring-alcohol-to-a-minor charges in Massachusetts tied to a May 2025 incident.** Court records show the complaint was issued September 8, 2026, with arraignment scheduled for October 14, but he has not been physically arrested and his representative has pushed back, calling reports exaggerated and framing the matter as a disputed civil claim that escalated to police. These early-stage developments explain the 63.5% market-implied probability on “No” for conviction. The case remains at the charging phase with a presumption of innocence, a scheduled defense response, and precedent from prior misdemeanor battery charges against him that were dropped earlier in 2026. Traders appear to weigh the significant procedural hurdles, contested allegations, and typical outcomes in contested sexual-assault prosecutions—where many cases do not reach conviction—more heavily than the existence of charges alone. Upcoming catalysts include the October arraignment, any motions or evidence disclosures, and further public statements from either side that could shift momentum in this high-profile entertainment-industry legal matter.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Clavicular is convicted of rape in this prosecution by June 30, 2028, 11:59 PM ET, whether by a verdict of the court or by a plea agreement, accepted by the court, in which he pleads guilty to or admits the offense of rape. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.
A conviction on the rape charge, or on any amended or substituted charge that is itself a form of rape under the charging statute, including aggravated rape or statutory rape, will qualify. A conviction solely on other charges, including drugging a person for sex, furnishing alcohol to a minor, indecent assault and battery, or any other offence that is not a form of rape, will not qualify.
If the rape charge is dismissed, withdrawn, or ended by a pardon or other clemency before a verdict, or the case is resolved by a plea agreement in which he does not plead guilty to or admit a qualifying offence, this market will resolve to “No”. If no verdict has been rendered by June 30, 2028, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “No”.
This market will resolve according to the initial judgment rendered in this case. Sentencing and any appeals will have no bearing on the resolution of this market.
The primary resolution source will be an official judgment delivered by the ruling court; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
