Trader consensus heavily favors 2.6M-2.8M TSA checkpoint passengers on April 9 at 72%, driven by recent throughput data showing midweek peaks: April 3 Thursday at 2.66M, April 2 Wednesday at 2.71M, and April 6 Sunday at 2.71M, amid post-Easter Sunday (April 5, 2.56M) and spring travel demand. Monday April 7 dipped to 2.21M, typical for early week, but Airlines for America projections of 2.8M daily average through April sustain expectations for Thursday recovery into the upper range. Lower bins like <2.0M (50%) reflect caution on potential weather or airline disruptions, though no major issues reported in the past week. Market awaits official TSA release, typically next day.
