Recent forecasts from Environment Canada and supporting models position 24–25°C as the leading outcomes for Toronto’s highest temperature on September 5, with the agency projecting a sunny 25°C high under northerly flow. This aligns closely with the 1991–2020 climatological average high of 23.9°C and reflects stable high-pressure influence suppressing cloud cover and precipitation chances below 10%. Traders assign the highest implied probability to 24°C (45.5%), followed by 25°C (28.5%), consistent with minor model spread in afternoon peak readings. The next official update from Environment Canada and any late adjustments to GFS or ECMWF runs ahead of the 24-hour verification window remain the primary near-term catalysts that could shift these market-implied odds.
