Francesco Maestrelli's edge in ATP ranking (No. 232 vs. Murphy Cassone's No. 665) and pro experience drives his 59% implied probability in this Miami Open qualifier, reflecting trader consensus on hard-court matchup dynamics. The Italian has posted solid recent form, reaching Challenger quarterfinals in Phoenix and showing serve efficiency on fast surfaces, while Cassone, a 20-year-old American transitioning from Arizona college tennis dominance, remains unproven at ATP level despite strong ITF Futures wins. No injuries reported for either per official updates; their first head-to-head favors Maestrelli's qualifier pedigree over Cassone's raw athleticism and power baseline game. Odds capture experience premium amid Miami's speedy conditions.
