Current forecasts from multiple models indicate a mild, unsettled pattern for Amsterdam on September 4 driven by southwesterly flow ahead of an approaching Atlantic front, with widespread cloud cover, showers, and winds of 15–20 mph limiting daytime heating. Ensemble guidance and recent runs converge on a maximum of 20–22 °C (roughly 68–72 °F), consistent with early-September climatology near 20.4 °C at Schiphol. This supports the market’s heavy weighting toward 22 °C (52 %) and adjacent 21–23 °C outcomes, as persistent moisture and reduced insolation make substantial departures from these values unlikely absent a rapid model shift in the final 48 hours.
