Latest National Weather Service forecasts indicate a Seattle minimum near 55°F on September 2 under mostly cloudy skies with periods of rain and southerly winds, aligning with the market's leading 55.5% implied probability for the 56-57°F bin. These conditions moderate radiative cooling overnight relative to clearer scenarios, while aligning closely with the 1991-2020 September average low of 55.1°F. Trader consensus, backed by real capital, aggregates short-term model outputs amid minor variations in exact timing of precipitation and wind that could shift the low by a degree or two across nearby bins. Updated evening model runs and official NWS guidance represent the next key data points before overnight resolution.
