Galloway and King, the third seeds at the 2026 Los Cabos Open, bring established ATP doubles experience and strong recent results into their matchup against Reynolds and Watt. King captured two titles in 2025 alongside Harrison, including an ATP 500 crown in Acapulco, while the Galloway-King pairing has posted consistent Challenger and Tour-level results on hard courts. Reynolds and Watt, an unseeded duo, have shown promise in lower-tier events but lack comparable ranking depth or head-to-head success against top-100 teams. The hard-court surface and early-round positioning favor the higher-seeded pair’s serving and net play, though doubles outcomes remain sensitive to first-match rust or unforced errors in a best-of-three format.
