Worcestershire host Gloucestershire in a Central & West group T20 Blast fixture at New Road on July 10, giving the Rapids home conditions and a chance to build on their recent form. Gloucestershire enter as the stronger side after five wins from six group matches, including a three-run victory over Worcestershire in June at Bristol where Duan Jansen took 4 for 37. Worcestershire remain competitive in the standings with solid middle-order contributions from players like Sikandar Raza and Tom Taylor, though they have shown inconsistency chasing or defending totals. The short turnaround and potential pitch assistance for seamers at Worcester add layers to the matchup, with both sides eyeing quarter-final qualification in a tightly contested group.
