This market will resolve to the driver who wins the 2026 Action of the Year award for the 2026 Formula 1 season as awarded at the FIA Awards. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by FIA rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 Formula 1 season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the FIA; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Trader consensus reflects a razor-thin split atop the F1 Action of the Year market, with Sergio Perez edging Kimi Antonelli amid early-season chaos defining potential FIA award contenders. Antonelli's back-to-back victories—maiden win in China and a stunning Japanese Grand Prix recovery from sixth after a poor start, aided by safety car timing—have propelled his implied 41.5% probability, showcasing rookie poise in Mercedes' frontrunning machine. Perez's veteran racecraft shines through Cadillac's midfield struggles, highlighted by wheel-to-wheel battles like his contact-laden duel with Liam Lawson in top overtakes lists and relative pace gains at Suzuka, fueling his 42.4% lead. Verstappen lurks as a podium defender, keeping the field competitive into upcoming Grands Prix.
