This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 Conn Smythe Trophy for the 2025-26 NHL Playoffs. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by NHL rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2025-26 NHL Playoffs are cancelled, postponed after June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NHL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Carolina Hurricanes captain Jordan Staal captured the 2026 Conn Smythe Trophy after leading his team to the Stanley Cup title with a decisive Game 6 victory over the Vegas Golden Knights. Traders have priced Staal near 100 percent because the Professional Hockey Writers' Association has already presented the award, reflecting his postseason impact through consistent scoring, power-play contributions, and advanced metrics such as high-danger chances and offensive-zone time during the Final. At 37, Staal became the oldest recipient in history while anchoring a dominant playoff run that included strong two-way play and leadership in key moments. With the trophy now officially awarded, realistic shifts in market consensus are limited to administrative confirmation or highly improbable revisions to the official vote.
