Napoli's three-point lead over AC Milan on the Serie A table after matchday 32, with 66 points to Milan's 63, anchors trader consensus at 84% implied probability for second place. Their strong recent form—unbeaten in five matches including a crucial 1-0 head-to-head win over Milan on April 6—has pulled them nine points clear of leaders Inter while distancing chasers. AC Milan's stunning 0-3 loss to Udinese in matchday 32, amid patchy results (L L W L W), sustains their 9.5% chance despite superior goal difference (+20). Atalanta's seventh-place standing at 53 points reflects a recent 0-1 home defeat to Juventus, limiting them to 3.4%, while Como's fifth-place surge (58 points, +30 GD) offers slim 1.7% upside.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
