Recent forecasts from major models including ECMWF runs and guidance from European meteorological services point to a maximum temperature of 18–19°C in Amsterdam on September 18, with westerly flow and partly cloudy skies limiting daytime heating after overnight lows near 13°C. This consensus, consistent with the historical average high of roughly 18.9°C for the date, underpins the dominant market-implied probabilities for 19°C and 18°C. Minor model differences in cloud cover timing and boundary-layer mixing introduce limited upside or downside risk, keeping the distribution tightly clustered while traders weigh the latest high-resolution updates ahead of the day’s peak.
