Current forecasts from National Weather Service models and private sources project Miami's overnight low on September 2 near 80–81°F, driven by elevated dew points above 75°F, extensive cloud cover from afternoon thunderstorms, and light easterly flow that limits radiational cooling typical of clearer nights. Trader consensus, with 78–79°F at 43% implied probability and 80–81°F at 33.5%, reflects model spread in how quickly skies clear after evening convection and minor variations in steering winds that could allow slightly more or less mixing. Historical September averages near 77°F highlight the current anomalously warm baseline, while resolution hinges on official Miami International Airport observations capturing the true daily minimum amid ongoing humid conditions.
