Israel’s security cabinet endorsed the legal framework for multinational personnel on July 26, 2026, and President Trump’s Board of Peace announced a disarmament agreement on July 31. Pledges from countries including Morocco, Indonesia, and Albania, plus a U.S. commitment of 200 troops, signal international involvement, yet deployment remains contingent on verified decommissioning and phased pullbacks. These timing uncertainties have shaped trader consensus toward later 2026 windows, with limited near-term entry prospects ahead of the August 31 resolution date.
