Current National Weather Service and private model guidance for Dallas on September 24 points to a high in the low-to-mid 90s under a persistent high-pressure ridge, with mostly sunny skies, light easterly winds, and negligible precipitation chances. This setup favors strong daytime heating and limited cloud interference, keeping temperatures well above the 1991–2020 average high of 87°F. Trader-implied probabilities cluster tightly across the 90–95°F and select higher bins because ensemble spreads and minor differences in afternoon mixing or boundary-layer moisture still allow for outcomes a few degrees on either side of the consensus. Updated NWS runs and local observations over the next 48 hours will be the key data points that could shift the distribution before resolution.
