Recent document releases in February 2026 under the Epstein Files Transparency Act detailed Epstein’s use of at least six undisclosed storage units across New York, Palm Beach County, and other U.S. locations to hold computers, hard drives, photos, and other materials moved by private investigators ahead of prior law-enforcement actions. Billing records and search warrants from those files indicated the units had not been searched at the time, and no subsequent FBI operations, new warrants, or official announcements have targeted them through mid-August 2026. Broader DOJ and FBI reviews of Epstein holdings, including a 2025 memo on database and physical searches, have not produced verified reports of storage-unit activity. With the calendar advancing and no credible developments indicating enforcement action, trader consensus reflects an 89.5% implied probability on “No.”
