**Westerly flow and partial clearing overnight are the main drivers behind the tight clustering of market-implied odds around 12–16°C for Amsterdam’s lowest temperature on September 20.** Models from sources including GFS and local forecasts show a daytime high near 18–19°C under partly cloudy skies, followed by radiative cooling after sunset as winds shift northwest at 5–8 m/s. This setup typically produces minimums of 12–14°C, consistent with the even distribution across those bins. Dew points near 10–12°C and moderate humidity limit further drops, while any lingering low clouds could keep readings closer to 14–15°C. Historical September overnight lows average near 11°C, but current stable pressure and lack of strong advection support the narrow range traders have priced in. Updated model runs tonight will clarify cloud trends ahead of the overnight period.
