Soccer stars such as Kylian Mbappé, Erling Haaland, and Lamine Yamal benefit from the tournament's massive digital engagement and platform algorithms amplifying match highlights, while US-centric names like Jalen Brunson, Shedeur Sanders, and LeBron James draw consistent interest from NBA and NFL seasons. Historical patterns show boxing upsets or breakout rookies can surge late, but World Cup momentum favors footballers through year-end. Key upcoming catalysts include knockout stages, NFL regular-season peaks, and any major Google Trends spikes from individual milestones before the annual report publishes.
