**Persistent high pressure and southerly flow are maintaining above-average warmth across North Texas, with National Weather Service forecasts pointing to overnight lows of 79–83°F for Dallas on September 7 amid clear skies and dew points near 68–70°F.** This setup limits radiative cooling overnight, as high humidity reduces the temperature drop after sunset while light winds (5–10 mph) prevent strong mixing. Current model consensus shows minimal day-to-day change through the holiday weekend, keeping the minimum well above the 73°F September climatological average. Trader emphasis on the 78–83°F bins reflects tight clustering around these official guidance values, with uncertainty centered on exact timing of the daily minimum and any minor model adjustments to boundary-layer moisture.
