Incumbent Republican Glenn Thompson's entrenched position in Pennsylvania's 15th Congressional District, rated Solid Republican by Cook Political Report with a partisan voter index of R+19, anchors trader consensus at 92% for the Republican Party. Thompson, seeking a 10th term after winning his last three generals with 70%+ margins, faces no announced primary challengers ahead of the May 19 closed primary, while sole Democratic contender Ray Bilger reports zero fundraising through late 2025. No polls or recent catalysts have emerged in the past 30 days to shift dynamics in this rural north-central PA stronghold. Upsets would require a Thompson scandal, health issue, primary upset, or national Democratic wave overcoming the district's deep-red lean.

A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time all of the 2026 House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
