Official forecasts from the National Weather Service and supporting models project a high in the mid-60s for San Francisco on September 21, driven by persistent onshore flow from the cool Pacific, a marine layer keeping skies mostly cloudy, and typical early-fall moderation that caps daytime warming. This consensus positions the 66-67°F bin as the market leader at 46% implied probability, with 64-65°F and 68-69°F as secondary outcomes reflecting minor model spread in wind strength and cloud cover. Recent observations from September 20, with a 64°F peak under similar conditions, reinforce expectations of limited deviation, while traders weigh any late-day clearing that could nudge readings slightly higher.
