Official National Weather Service forecasts and ensemble model guidance point to overnight lows in the low 70s°F for Los Angeles on September 7, supported by a persistent marine layer, onshore flow, and lingering moisture from showers on September 6 that limit radiational cooling. These conditions favor minimum temperatures near 70–74°F, consistent with trader consensus around those mid-range buckets while the closely matched 49% odds on 59°F or below versus 78°F or higher highlight uncertainty in exact boundary-layer moisture and cloud-cover evolution. Historical September averages near 64°F underscore how current synoptic patterns are elevating the floor, with upcoming model runs and evening observations likely to refine the precise minimum.
