In the Sarasota Challenger first-round clash on green clay, closely ranked Americans Stefan Dostanic (ATP 333) holds a clear edge over Georgian Saba Purtseladze (ATP 302) per trader consensus, driven by Dostanic's fresh momentum from winning the M25 Heraklion title on hard courts last week—his strongest run of 2026 with a 27-8 overall record. Purtseladze enters on a downswing, suffering a 6-1, 6-2 qualifying loss to Daniel Merida in Bucharest clay last week amid a 25% win rate on the surface this year. No head-to-head exists, but Dostanic's superior Elo rating (1554 vs. 1305), home-crowd boost, and recent form outweigh Purtseladze's stylistic unknowns and travel fatigue, shaping a competitive yet lopsided implied probability. No injury concerns or withdrawals reported.
