National Weather Service guidance indicates warm, humid conditions persisting through Friday with highs in the upper 80s to low 90s, followed by front passage Saturday introducing cooler air, scattered showers, and gusty winds that could limit diurnal heating and cap highs near 72°F per local FOX7 forecasts. Ensemble spreads in GFS and ECMWF runs highlight disagreements on front speed and cloud cover, reducing confidence amid typical spring variability; new 12z model outputs expected midday April 16 may sharpen the outlook. Historical April highs average around 80°F, but frontal passages often yield 10-15°F drops.
