The resolution source for this market will be information from Wunderground, specifically the highest temperature recorded for all times on this day by the Forecast for the Munich Airport Station once information is finalized, available here: https://www.wunderground.com/history/daily/de/munich/EDDM. To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the gear icon next to the search bar and switch the Temperature setting between °F and °C. Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.Official observations from the Deutscher Wetterdienst (DWD) at Munich Airport station confirm the highest temperature on May 1 reached exactly 20°C amid clear skies and light southerly winds that enabled radiative warming slightly above the early May climatological average of 17–18°C. This aligns with the latest forecast model consensus from sources like ECMWF and GFS, which projected highs in the 19–21°C range under high-pressure influence. Trader consensus at nearly 100% implied probability for 20°C reflects this verified data, with skin-in-the-game bets aggregating real-time meteorological evidence. Scenarios challenging this—such as a post-verification data revision or station-specific measurement anomaly—are exceedingly rare, given DWD's rigorous quality controls.
